EXCHANGES and RETURNS


You have a legal period of 14 clear days for any exchange or exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return costs are your responsibility. Banlvshop cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or damage to your return.

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

We strive to provide you with quality items at affordable prices. However, it may happen that an item is defective. We undertake in this case either to replace it or to reimburse you. We may ask you to return the defective item to us at our expense, in order to ensure proper monitoring of the quality of the item.

However, if the item is not faulty, we will only refund the price of the item and not the shipping costs.

Any item:

- Must be returned to: the address that will be sent to you on the return form

-Must be returned new, complete, with all accessories and in its original packaging and perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the package, Banlvshop will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by you and such use or damage renders the product unfit for sale.

If the return is refused by Banlvshop, the products will then be returned to you at our expense without you being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement.

-No longer in the catalog during the exchange order, cannot be delivered.

- Must be completed with the previously completed return form

Returns will not be accepted for:

-unstamped parcels

-Any items returned dirty, used, not in the original packaging.

Count a minimum of 7 days for the management of returns, upon receipt of your package.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.

Return after 14 days:

We can offer you a valid credit on the site, or an exchange (on a case-by-case basis).


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to Banlvs@Banlvs.shop

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75 you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee returned items in the event of loss by La Poste or Mondial Relay.
